We manufactured screw and barrels which are completely compatible with all exiting Makes and types of extruder that are in the market today. We are in position to manufacture screw and barrel of 20 mm to 250 mm with length upto 5000 mm.
We are generally manufactured according to customer's drawing or sample but we are always open to examine their problems and propose new solution as for materials to use and also screw profile studies.
As to the extrusion machines, we can produce screws with special profile (suitable to the product to be extrude) barrier type, screws with varialbe pitch screws with special mixing zones or mixing elements.
