With this technology the screw barrel have a robust surface and a very long running lifetime.

Wear protection with Mo.coating:
The J.H.Engineering standard is wear protection using a running surface of Molybdenum. This wear protection system uses 99% pure Molybdenum which is applied using a special J.H.Engineering modified plasma-spaying process. With this wear protection technology, an increased lifetime upto 180% can be achieved when compared to a standard nitrided twin-screw running life.
