manufactured screw and barrels which are completely compatible with all
exiting Makes and types of extruder that are in the market today.
Extensive quaility control procedures follow each process to delivery.
We are in position to manufacture screw and barrel of Ø20 mm to Ø250 mm with length upto 5000 mm.
We
are generally manufactured according to customer's drawing or sample
but we are always open to examine their problems and propose new
solution as for materials to use and also screw profile studies.
As
to the extrusion machines, we can produce screws with special profile
(suitable to the product to be extrude) barrier type, screws with
varialbe pitch screws with special mixing zones or mixing elements.
